Point your camera at a product, scan its barcode, or paste a link. Food Scanner reads the ingredients with AI, explains what they actually are, and gives you a 0–100 health score tuned to your diet and allergens.

Questions
How accurate is the health score?
The score is a guide, not a verdict. It is generated by an AI model reading the ingredients and nutrition information it can see, so a blurry label or an unusual product can produce a wrong result. Always check the packaging for anything that matters medically.
Can I scan fresh food, not just packaged products?
Yes. You can photograph a plate of food or fresh produce as well as a packaged item, though a printed ingredients list gives the most reliable result.
Does it handle my allergens?
You set your allergens during onboarding and scans are checked against them. Treat it as a second pair of eyes rather than the only check. It reads what it can see, and packaging changes.
Is this medical or nutritional advice?
No. Food Scanner is an informational tool. It is not a substitute for advice from a doctor or a registered dietitian, and you should not use it to manage a medical condition on its own.
Does it work offline?
No. Scans are analysed in the cloud, so an internet connection is required.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so they are cancelled on your device. Open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose the app and tap Cancel Subscription. Deleting the app on its own does not cancel a subscription.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If Apple declines and you believe the charge was a mistake, write to support@unikklab.com and we will help you make the case.
I paid, but the app still shows the free version.
Open the app, go to Settings and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the purchase. If it still does not unlock, email support@unikklab.com with the Apple receipt and we will sort it out.
How do I delete my data?
Email support@unikklab.com from the address associated with your account and we will confirm deletion within 30 days. Deleting the app stops all further collection from your device immediately.
Do you sell my data?
No. We do not sell personal data and we do not build advertising profiles. The full detail is in each app privacy policy.
